“My garage door broke last night and in force closing it we made it worse. Having already had a local Newark company who said it wasn’t repairable and would be £880 for a new door… ouch… I rang John from Courtney Garage Repairs and he was with me within 2 hours. Our garage is very full and there was not much room to work in but John persevered and mended the door within an hour for £60. New bolts where the rivets had popped, straightened a very bent bracket and greased all working parts….the door has never worked so smoothly in 22 yrs that we have lived here and it is probably 48 yrs old! Thanks so much, John and I will recommend you locally. Also John’s quote for a new door, frame and all fitting when we need it was £600!”
